Named after the two ancient Andız trees standing at its center, the building has shaped its architectural design around their presence. Completed from the ground up in 2025 and opened to service, the hotel is operated by Route Hotel together with its adjacent sister properties. On its entrance level, it hosts the contemporary art gallery Are Projects and, through the artworks integrated into its architecture, seeks to nurture its existence with passion.

Situated in a historic area as a 500 m² structure, Andız House welcomes its guests with a garden, two rooms on the ground floor, and four rooms on the upper floor.
